With reference to our trip, I would like to give you and assignment. Could you please prepare a permission letter and distribute it to all the souls taking part in the trip? please include the following:
1. We (MGC) will not be responsible for any incidents or accidents occurred during the trip
2. We will not be responsible for any loss (e.g. money, i-pod, mp3, handphones, lover etc.)
3. We will minimise the chance of the occurrence of any unhappy incidence.
4. We will not be responsible for any baby/babies produced but we will attend the wedding dinner surely
